What do I need to become a Routta transporter?
A bike, car, bus or van, and these documents: a valid driver's licence, vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, a vehicle inspection (roadworthiness) certificate, and proof of address such as a utility bill from the last three months. You also add the bank account you want to be paid into.
How long does verification take?
Documents are reviewed after you submit them, and the app shows the status of each one. Review usually takes about a day.
Do I choose which trips to take?
Yes. Each request shows the pickup, drop-off, distance, the commuter's rating and the fare. You have 15 seconds to accept or decline.
How do I get paid?
Your earnings, after Routta's commission, are tracked in the app, and you can cash out to the bank account you registered.
